When do you typically get your period again after stopping breastfeeding?

I'm spotting and cramping like it's a peroid today. Exactly five months

I got mine yesterday. Still breastfeeding. 5 months so far.

My doctors probably a little overly cautious as he isnt sure if I'll get mine back but he said 1-3 months after and to call if I dobt 2 months after I stop.
