Sleepers in public?

Pajamas in public are a big no no with me. I don’t wear them in public neither does my 2 year old. However, I’m starting to see a lot more people leave their infants in their sleepers/ footed pajamas. I’ve always been against it but I’m starting to up to the idea for my 2 month old. It would be a lot easier than trying to find an outfit some days. Is it okay for me to leave my 2 month old on her pjs while going out in public?
