Working out: First time

Hi ladies. It’s time for me to start achieving my body goals. I’ve gained 25lbs in almost a year sadly & im totally done with it... from 120 to 145. I’m starting the gym tomorrow & since i’m pretty intimidated i’ve decided i would start doing treadmill for at least 30-45min for my first few days at a comfortable pace in order to get my lungs & legs working again.

i haven’t been physically active in 2 years.. i’m incredibly out of shape. any advice would really help, i’m loosely following an I F schedule 16:8.. but it’s only my 3rd day so it’s off to a slow start..

It’s mostly a whole body weight issue but i truly wouldn’t want to lose too much below my waist line, gaining weight gave me a little bit of figure (only good thing about it).

my ideal weight would be at least 125lb by the spring time..
