What’s sleep?

Question

My lo will not sleep unless I’m holding him which means no sleep for me. Is anyone else going through this? He’s 5 months 
No? Just me? You’ll find my crying in a corner 😭😭
Sorry I just need to vent a little.

Same here since nov 11. It’s awful n gotten worse. Tried sleep training, crying it out then LO will fall asleep for 15 min max. Definitely exhausted. Good luck to all the mamas!

Mine won’t nap unless she is held which means every day at daycare she literally never shuts her eyes which means we constantly have an over tired baby. She is still so pleasant but it affects our night time sleep bc she still wakes 2-3 times a night and I. Am. Exhausted! We are sleep training at night now and she finally will put herself to sleep but I just can’t get her to sleep even half the night. She is small though so I am hoping as she gets bigger she will start sleeping more and wanting to eat less at night. I told my husband while we are both off a wk over the holiday no matter what, all her naps must be in her crib and if she cries she cries. She only cried just a bit for two nights when we started sleep training at bedtime so hoping naps go that easily too. We are older and wanting to try for baby two in the next month or two so it’d be soooo nice to get some sleep at night first hahah

MINE TOO!!! It’s been so brutal. She went from waking up 1-2x a night to waking up 4-8x a night. She wakes up every time I put her down.  Have you heard of the Wonder Weeks app? It looks like they may be going through a developmental leap - the leap of relationships... this means our LOs now notice when we’re not around. Although it’s painful, I keep reminding myself that this just means she is growing up which is a good thing overall. Even if it doesn’t feel like that right now 😣😣😣 the leap is supposed to last for about 28 days (though not every baby is the same) so hopefully things get better sooner than later because I am in desperate need of sleep!!
