Help please!!

Had a sweep today (4hours ago) at 40weeks3days. I was only 1cm dilated however when she was done there was quite a lot of mucus/blood and she said she removed a lot.

Ever since then the back pain has been horrendous. I’ve tried sleeping and can’t because the pressure in my lower back and hips are so sore. I don’t know whether this is just the side effects of the sweep or if it has kick started something? How do I tell the difference? Help please, FTM x
