Do you care if your SO posts you on social media or not?

I’m 21, my boyfriend is 22. We’ve been together for only 6 months, but so far things are going great between us. We haven’t had any fights and although it’s only been 6 months, we know we’re serious about each other. Anyway, we have our cute lil dates here and there, go out of city, trips for the day etc. None of us is big on social media, he sometimes posts some pictures and shares memes all the time, on the other hand I change my profile pic like twice a year and apart from that I don’t post anything on any social media at all. So I never cared about him posting me on his insta/snap stories or what not, my relationship status is private on facebook and his still says single which honestly I don’t care about. Well some of my friends think all of this is odd and wonder if he actually has another girlfriend and if I’m his side piece 🙄 or if he actually talks to other girls hence why his relationship status still says single. Like yeah totally, that’s why my things are all over his apartment, that’s why I met his friends and family, get invited to his mates birthday parties and what not, and that’s why I never hides his phone from me, cause he’s definitely talking to other girls. They backed off when I explained all this to them but they still think it’s weird that he never shows me on social media?! And now I’m like is this how insecure people are in their relationship...? So I was wondering if you ladies care about that kind of stuff or not? I really don’t think it matters. If he was to post a picture of me I’d have to choose it or he’d have to take 65 till we got to one I liked lol. It would just cause more problems 😂
