Can you have an early miscarriage near your expected period? This feels strange.

Symptoms:

• Heavy cramping in abdomen and lower back

• Heavy flow (more than usual)

• clotting (little clots & med clots)

• Severe back pain reaching to upper buttocks (feeling of being backed up but have to push)

• Any movement I feel a gush

• a little dizzy and headache-ish

This is not typical for my period and I am quite

regular.

I have unknown infertility and never been pregnant.
