I started having problems with my older iPhone7 and had to delete some apps to make room on my phone. When I downloaded the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">GLOW app</a> on my new phone and entered my email and password none of my history carried over. Like it’s all gone? Fast forward a month and Verizon has replaced my glitchy phone and I’ve downloaded the <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">GLOW app</a> and only some of my info transferred over? Is there a place I can go to have access to my history? Ive been having some challenges with tic and took lots of notes over last couple years and need that info to share at my upcoming appointment - anyone have any suggestions?!
