steroid in second trimester of pregnancy?

just wondering if anyone had to take a steroid such as prednisone while in their second/third trimesters for medical reasons?
if so, did it affect your baby at all?

Ive had to take prednisone since I was 18 weeks pregnant and Im currently almost 36 weeks. Baby is all good except his chest is measuring a tad large due to how the steroid affects fetal lung development. Growth scans every 2 weeks now and I'm still expecting a fully healthy baby 😊

I haven't but I have rheumatoid arthritis and my rheumatologist did tell me a round of prednisone would be safe if needed.
