Should I change the app to reflect that I’m measuring 4 days ahead? They did not change my due date (but it’s Kaiser’s policy not to change it unless into more than a week).

Hi Ladies! So based on my LMP, my doctors office originally said my due date was July 17 and that I was 8+5, but that’s all based on a 28 day cycle with ovulation on day 14; I ovulate on day 10 and have a 25 day cycle. So when I went in and measured 9+2, I wasn’t shocked. They didn’t change my due date per their policy of not changing it unless it’s more than a week, so I don’t know if I should leave my app at 8+5 or change it to 9+2. Thanks for your thoughts!!

I would leave it until your due date changes. I've had two kids and in my experience, they fluctuate a lot on the US. Like, my kids would be a few days ahead of where their due date said and the next time they might not be quite as far ahead or might be just where the due date says they'd be. I only ever changed mine when the due date changed.

You don’t change tour due date unless you’re measuring at least a week or more ahead/behind

I was 6 days behind at my follow-up US and they changed my due date officially so I changed it in the app 🤷‍♀️ If your doc will go off your old due date it may be better not to change the app? Could get confusing!

Mine changed by 2 days with my first pregnancy, and 1 my second. This time it changed by 6 days. It seems like the OB (first pregnancy) I had, and my midwives go by the dating scan when it's different from the period date. But if your doctor didn't change it, don't change it. Then you can be 100% on the same page.
