Good morning ! I’m 5’ 10” and was 262 PP. My daughter is 7 months now. I kept saying it’s ok because I just had a baby, but in reality I was UNCOMFORTABLE. I would always talk about exercising or even try to do what others did to help them. Well everything isn’t for everyone. I tried Keto, I didn’t like it because I love fruit. Don’t get me wrong, it works wonderful for people. I tried to become a vegetarian and gained 10 pounds because I didn’t do my research correctly. I pretty much tried a few things. Then I came to the point that I’m going to do what’s best for me WHEN I feel it’s time for me. I started working out, eating the right food and trying to eat between the hours of 12-7 (IF). It’s working. I know it works because I’ve done this before and was able to get wonderful results! If your interested in fasting download this app called “Zero” it’ll tell you when to start and stop eating and it’ll encourage you to KEEP GOING! Do what’s best for you and on your time! Hopefully it’ll be sooner than later. I had to pray, get my mental together and everything. Now I’m 230 pounds. 30 pounds more to go and then I want to start toning! But I’m so ready!!! Y’all
