Cow’s milk
How often do you give your 1 year old cow’s milk?
My LO has just turned 1 and I’ve started giving him cow’s milk (in a sippy cup as he doesn’t like bottles).
I’m trying to cut down breastfeeding so should I just offer cow’s milk when he’s looking for a feed? Or should I be offering it with his meals?
FTM and looking for some advice ☺️
