Is there a 2 week newborn growth spurt? Cluster feeding.

All of a sudden my newborn is nursing or wanting to nurse almost constantly. he finishes nursing and then 30 minutes later he wants to nurse again. We had a really bad night of sleep last night and I can't tell if this is a growth spurt or if he is just comfort nursing cuz he is overtired?

I am afraid I'm going to overfeed him and then his tummy will hurt... But maybe I am just overthinking it...
