nappy rash treatment
with the multiple poops a day from teething, my little boy has developed a bit of nappy rash
i only use water wipes for cleaning, and i’ve been using bepanthen ointment. i’m trying to have nappy-free moments, but every time i’ve done it today he’s ended up peeing or pooping! 😖
anyone have any remedies or preferred treatments?
