What would you say labor pain feels like?

Never been though it, this is my first. 
And don't get me wrong, I understand that it hurts. But like how? Stinging? Throbbing? Stabbing? Period cramps? Constipation? Being kicked in the crotch? 🤔
What was your experience Mama's?

It feels like a Charlie horse and period cramp mixed together.

Could be different depending on baby's position, size, complications etc. But my contractions felt like my whole body was collapsing into itself. Throbbing a bit, maybe some stabbing depending where the baby was (when his head was in my pelvis, yeah stabbing).
 
Id mostly compare it to being on the toilet with a stomach ache. A really bad, mind numbing stomach ache. You have the feeling you have to push, and the aches are extremely painful.

I didn't really get period cramps, so I don't know how to compare to that. It kinda felt like a tightening all over my stomach. I never had back labor, I don't think. I remember when he was crowning it kind of burned and my midwife told be it's called the ring if fire. I also felt like I had to poop a lot. I couldn't keep food down so there was nothing in me by the time he was born. I had a home birth, no drugs

I ached Asif I had been kicked down there... no stabbing pains very intense period pains.. no constipation... not hungry to the point you don’t even think about food in the slightest bit very dehydrated...

Contractions felt like period cramps on steroids at first. Then they get to the point that there is no comparison for it. I felt like I was being ripped apart from the inside. I highly recommend an epidural lol

Contractions are horrible they hurt the most. The last part when the baby is nearly out feels like someone pressing the very tip of a hot iron on your vagina 😖

Contractions in the beginning just fee like a mild pain/ cramp. Once mine get stronger it combines with a pressure. Easiest way to describe is a gotta go poo pain. Like you have to go asap but cannot.
