PCOS? Thyroid? Help!

Hey ladies, so I’m almost certain I may have PCOS. I’m 20 years old and never had a regular period. I got my first when I was 11 and I only got one that year. Every year after that I had about 2-3 give or take. The only time I’ve ever had a regular period was when I was on the pill. I was on the pill for about 2 years (17 y/o - 19 y/o). My SO and I are in the stage of not trying not preventing and we’ve been having unprotected sex (finishing inside) for a year now. I haven’t even had so much as a scare for pregnancy. I haven’t had a period for months, except when I took Vitex (1200 mg) and even then that only made me have one period even though I took it religiously. Anyways to get to the point, I need to make an appointment (currently uninsured due to family problems) w an OBGYN. What exactly do I ask to be tested on? I think I could have a thyroid problem too, so do I ask to be tested for both? Is one blood test enough for them to test everything? My SO and I are finally getting ready to think about seriously trying and I already can feel we have a long road ahead of us. I just want to get myself checked out to make this a little easier.
