Diaper rash, diapers?? Help!!!

My daughter has been using the same diapers since she was 1 month old! She is 7 months old and is now getting rashes from these diapers! I’ve loved these diapers! I’ve had cream on her for all night and day and no improvement. She had dr. Appt today and she didn’t seem concerned! Which diapers should I switch too?
Maybe these diapers aren’t absorbent enough? Since she is getting older?

You could also try switching her diaper rash cream. My husband wasn’t super great about making sure our son’s butt was completely dry before putting on the diaper cream. I couldn’t figure out why his diaper rash wasn’t getting any better until I watched my husband change his diaper. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I very carefully explained that WE have to make sure WE dry his bum so WE don’t give him a rash. Lol. Anyway, the diaper cream that helped him heal the fastest and was nice and thick was Hello Bello. We really like that one. We also love their diapers.

Lotrimin is the absolute best for diaper rash. It’s made for athletes foot or jock itch but they both work. That’s what my pediatrician recommended with my first. Haven’t used any other cream.

Try a new rash cream! Destin didn’t work for us. Boudreaux’s Butt Paste was great! (As for diapers, we use Huggies snugglers)

This happened to me when we went up even in same brand eg from huggies to little movers, little movers gave rash

That’s probably the case -yes. As baby grows they obviously eat more, and then produce more in their diapers. Wet/dirty diaper = rash no matter what 
What brand are you currently using? I personally really like the Costco brand diapers, they’re very soft & absorbent, plus you can buy in bulk. 
Another option is to size up on what you’re currently using and see if that makes a difference before trying anything else!

Try sizing up and if that doesn't help,  just switch to whatever brand you want to try,  it will all depend on how she reacts to it
