Low blood pressure help!

Ive been struggling with low blood pressure (90/60) for 3 months now. Wasnt s concern to my Dr because I had no symptoms.

I had laparoscopy surgery done on the 5th and my blood pressure kept dropping as I was waking up from anesthesia.

I finally got to go home because they got it over 100 (103/60).

Well since the 6th-8th i was feeling great. Almost like I didnt have surgery.

From Monday the 9th up until now, Ive felt like complete crap. Dizzy, nauseas, light headed, cant eat without it making me feel like crap. OB dr who also did the surgery on me said he doesnt think its from surgery. Which is annoying. So my only thought is its my blood pressure affecting me now.

WhT can I do at home to help rise it naturally?
