Anal-ese. It’s a numbing lubricant and just use a tinnyyyy bit then lather up with regular lube. I think you can buy it on amazon for like $10. But that was the easiest way for me and I actually really enjoyed it! Laying on my stomach guiding him in is the easiest comfiest for me.

Start with fingers or an anal probe, or they make "trainers" that are like plugs or beads of diff sizes. Whatever method you choose leave that in for at least a minute before trying to insert a penis
