Helppp!! so confused. AF due 12/17, started this morning.. had a few clots little blood & it went away? Messaged my doctor to tell him it was AF day 1, he told me to start letrozole tomorrow. But now I’m not bleeding? What do I do? Message him again? Had my first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> 11/30
