Had a preventative cerclage put in at 12 weeks. At my post op 2 weeks later my cervical length was 2.8 cm. Now 4 weeks later (today) is 2.5 cm. Should I be worried, it seems so short to only be 16 weeks along. I read the only thing that may help is progesterone, but Kaiser does not offer it for high risk pregnancies.

Not sure if there is anything else I can do to help but hope for the best and take it easy.
