I am not a doctor or nurse, but usually if doctor/midwife see anything that might be abnormal or concerned about, they do tell you and might schedule a follow up ultrasound to figure out what is going on. If your doctor didn’t worry about it or didn’t say anything to you, then you shouldn’t either ☺️ I am sure baby is fine ☺️

I don't think u should be worrying.. if there not concerned and say everything is fine then just relax.. easier said than done though.

I doubt that it’s placenta. Could be the yolk sac but it’s not possible to say for sure from one still image.
