trigger warning, miscarriage QUESTION

I am over 6 weeks. My hcg levels have been decreasing all week. From 1098, 1118, to 940. They said my levels are consistent with a miscarriage. I haven’t had any bleeding or spotting. Has anyone ever gone through this near the same time? How long did it take you to bleed?
