So yesterday I went to see the high risk Dr and they went ahead and did some scans of the baby to see if he was growing well as well as taking a look at my cervix. Well after the Stenographer was done she left the room and in cake the Dr. to tell me that my cervix is short and that I would most likely be needing a cervical cerclage. Then came even more bad news, mind you this is all happening on Friday the 13th 🤦🏼‍♀️

So the Dr tells me that health wise baby looks good but she did see the possibility of him having a cleft lip. They want to do more scans in a couple of weeks since the while time he had his hands around his face. I’m just so scared for my baby and me. It took 2 years and 2 miscarriages for us to get this far and have them tell us all this in one appointment. Tuesday I go into the hospital for the procedure and after that My OB wants me in bed rest till the new year. I’m simply asking for prayers that my angel makes it to term.
