Probiotics during pregnancy?

What are some good probiotics you guys take? Does it help from yeast infections and bv reoccurring?? (14 wks)

Yogurt everyday! I'm not pregnant, but CVS' probiotic gummies are really good.

Fem dophilus was recommended to me by my midwife. I’ve been taking it since 19 weeks! Haven’t had an infection 🤷🏼‍♀️
