Alcohol & vomiting blood

A couple of weeks ago I got fairly drunk, but not drunk enough to be vomiting. I still felt sick so I sat outside and long story short, vomited quite a significant amount of blood. I presumed it may have been from the small nose bleed earlier that day so I never saw a doctor about it.

Last night I went to a party, got drunk again (not ridiculously), and yet again, vomited blood. I’m not really sure if this is something worth seeing a doctor for? Or if it’s maybe something that just happens to some people?

My esophagus since last night has been aching and spasming.
