Fussy baby

Anyone else’s baby crying alllllllll the time?! My doctor says she thinks it’s silent reflux so she started him on nizatidine but I don’t see a difference yet. If he isn’t sleeping or eating he’s fussy or crying constantly. Even sometimes with his bottle( I pump and give a bottle) he’ll start screaming while trying to eat.. they tested his poop for the dairy allergy and it’s not that. Anyone else having these problems and what worked best for you?? I’m slowing staring to lose my mind with all this crying for no reason! 😭
