Early miscarriage - can I still start my Letrozole on CD3?

I’m currently going through an early miscarriage(5 weeks, 3 days) after my first round of Letrozole and wondering if it’s okay to start Letrozole again on CD3? The last time I had an early loss, it was earlier than this but I bled for almost 2 weeks. I don’t see my OB until Thursday.

Call your doctor. Your miscarriage bleeding might be different than a normal period and the meds could throw things off. You want your body to have a complete miscarriage rather than retaining any tissues. So sorry for your loss :(

I had MC at 5 weeks and was able to do another iui by my next cycle but she ran my hcg at my baseline and it had to be back negative to start and i just got lucky, some women take longer to drop.

Please definitely talk to your dr...but I would wait a cycle. Let your body and mind have a rest.

After my loss in October, I was told that I could try next cycle but my hcg had to get to 0. If you’re still having an active miscarriage, your hcg probably isn’t at 0 and that isn’t the same as a period. 
Call your doctor! They will tell you what to do. 
Side note: I was super ready to try again, so as soon as my hcg got to 0, we started on Provera to induce a cycle so I could start over.

You count you first day of your miscarriage as your first day of your period. Idk about the meds but I do know that much
