Depends on what’s in it, I have a safe that has a key where we keep all our important documents and they key is in the drawer where our spare keys are. If it isn’t something that would apply to both of us then I don’t care. If he had my birth certificate and social security card in there and wouldn’t tell me then I would be pissed
