Help please

The top test i just took 10 minutes ago didn’t have a line til I threw away bc it was negative to me lol he both test I took like 4 hrs ago so my question is can the test I just took be a evaporated line but why the test from 4 hrs ago not have it since it’s been in the trash for so long
