My pandora bracelet is full. And as such is probably worth a few thousand if you paid the retail price of the bracelet and each individual charm. 
Why would you give that to a 3 year old? Never mind charms can come off and end up in their mouth?

My 3 yo is a wrecking ball and I cannot even trust her with age appropriate toys let alone an expensive piece of jewelry with small pieces. I saw someone else suggest that you start collecting the charms for her and gift it when she is a little older. I feel like that is a really cute sweet thing that she would appreciate. At 3 she could even pick out her own charms and stuff!

First why would you do that? She can choke on it.
And the fact how expensive it can get if you actually buy all these charms individually plus the actual braclet?? I wouldn't trust even myself to wear it, but let alone a 3 year old who can lose it easily. 
And is there actually a kids version?

No entirely to expensive a gift that they will just lose the first day or it will end up in their mouth I someone got one for them I wouldn't take it or tell them to take I back but I'd be telling them and my child that I'm putting it up until shes older and more responsible so it doesn't get lost or damaged.

At that age (until I was 5), I had a fascination with jewelry chains....particularly the taste.

is it a solid bracelet? if it has charms it might be a safety issue. i've never been in a pandora so idk what the quality is like, so i'd make an appointment with a representative to check the materials and sources if possible.
