Food poisoning (WARNING TMI)

Hi ladies...10 weeks today. I have been having really bad diarrhea since about 3 o clock in the afternoon and a few hours ago I just threw up every thing in my stomach and then some. I can't tell if it's just that LO really did not like something I ate or if it is something more. I feel a lot better after throwing up but still going to the bathroom some. Should I worry? Do I need to take a hospital trip?

Update: Every one is sick in the house, me, baby and hubby. I feel like crying because my LO's toosh is raw from all the loose stools. Pedialyte and Gatorade for everyone.
