My first pregnancy and curious to your opinions!

I had an OB with my first pregnancy and I HATED it. I always felt rushed and not really listened to. It was awful.
I had a midwife with my second pregnancy and I loved it so much! My midwives ALWAYS made sure I had no questions, and also made sure to ask my boyfriend if he had any questions. They explained everything to us, and made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions.
I have a midwife for this pregnancy as well. I have always wanted a home birth, but with my last pregnancy, due to being GBS positive it was cheaper to go the hospital route. My boyfriend isn't super comfortable with the thought of me doing it at home and not being at the hospital if something goes wrong, so we're going hospital this time too. Hopefully we'll be able to come home after 2 hours again this time instead of having to stay in the hospital.

We are using a midwife who practices at the hospitals versus home birth. If I wasn’t so paranoid something bad was going to happen & it wasn’t my first I’d be doing a home birth with a midwife! 
Which ever you chose will be great, but there is always doulas out there to help you through whatever this may throw at you! Not sure where your located but I know some very great doulas from Wisconsin.

I had medical issues with my first pregnancy, and then my second I had a scheduled c-section. 
This baby will be another c section, and I'm high risk.. so I will be having an OB.

As long as I’m in the hospital I don’t care too much, but I prefer an OBGYN.  My third baby probably wouldn’t be here if I had done a home birth.
