I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant and a little concerned a day or two ago my stomach seemed like it was tightening then untightening it happened about 3-5 times BUT I’m not sure if it was Braxton Hicks,gas or god forbid real contractions,I will say my stomach was pretty upset with diarrhea the night before and that day as well I guess my real question is if it was real contractions would I know ?
