At 5w3d (did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> and we transferred 2 embryos) I had 2 episodes of gushing dark red blood but no pain which occurred at 7:30am-10:30am. I went to the ER and my HCG (3382 @ 24dpo) was doubling appropriately but they didn’t see a gestational sac. My bladder was very full when they did the ultrasound so not if that made it more difficult to accurately see a sac. They said it could have just been to early to see a sac and also said it’s either a MC or SCH. I haven’t had any bleeding since and today just have some brown spotting when I wipe. I have a follow up appointment tomorrow with my fertility doctor for another HCG and ultrasound. Does bleeding with miscarriage come and go like this?
