CONFUSED!

So its December 16th and I haven’t gotten my period since august 23rd... ( i get irregular periods so its normally for me ) but i still be worried cus i do be having sex BUT I haven’t had unprotected . I always made sure my partner wore a condom but im a paranoid bitch so i always check the dates of the condoms, i watch him put it on, etc. and i LOOK to make sure it aint pop or nun. And when he nuts everything is caught in the condom so im confused asf. Anyway, i got pregnancy tests and everything and everything came back negative then like a month later ... this was like september or October i got brown discharge and a lil spotting so i called my obgyn and they told me to take another pregnancy test which i did but its all negative...🤷🏽‍♀️ anyway at this point im thinkin its my irregular cycle. Its annoying cus it always got me worrying.

Also i went to the doctors back in November cus my stomach was making growling noises but this been happening to me since early august so i made the doctor run literally EVERY test on me. She just told me that i had gas so she told me to get over the counter gas relief liquid gels .. i been taking em but my stomach still making that fucking noise so imma go back tomorrow. Anyway, all the test came back negative .. she also checked my organs like my liver and stuff and everything was fine.
