Hello I was wondering if this is true. I had a baby with a guy in the navy, a month later after i found out I was pregnant, I also found out he was cheating. He eventually left me and we haven’t talked since August. I now have a month and a half old. I was told that I can get him to sign this parental rights away since he’s leaving next summer. Is this true? And if it is true, how would I be able to do that and where do I have to go to do that?
