WPW ( Wolff Parkinson White)

I have been having rapid heart rate spells and feeling lightheaded. My OB sent me to a cardiologist where they did an ECG and it shows I have WPW. Surprisingly, by bizarre coincidence, my husband has it as well and just had surgery to correct this rare heart condition so we do know a bit about it... but I have no idea what it means for pregnancy and delivery. Since I am symptomatic and having palpations a few times a week. Meeting with our OB this week. 32 weeks along.

Has anyone had this during pregnancy and can give me their story or how their process is going?
