Slight bleeding 13w3d

Hey ladies!

I haven’t had any spotting or bleeding in my pregnancy. I haven’t had any cramping recently but I had been constipated. This morning I went pee and when I wiped there was one single drop of bright red blood, wiped again and there was one more single drop. (Looked like when I cut myself shaving). I put my finger in to check and had regular clear / milky discharge. I haven’t seen baby on an ultrasound since 8w5d, when the heartbeat was going strong at 176 💕 I know that two little drops of blood isn’t much at all, and it hasn’t came back since it happened 12 hours ago. Any advice or similar experiences? I would like to go to urgent care for an ultrasound sometime, but I’m uninsured so I don’t know what to do!
