Baby me !!

So me and my husband finally decided to try for a baby. I was on birth control (the patch). But I been off for a month and a couple of weeks now ... we been trying for a baby every since I got off birth control.. and I’m starting to see signs of pregnancy but I took a test and it came negative what should I do ?
