Small gestational sac

Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone has any insight to this. I obviously trust my RE but talking about it on here gives me a little relief.

We went in for our 6+2 scan and the Doctor said my gestational sac was very small.

she recommended I repeat my HCG (last taken 12/6 @ 147).

Yesterday the hcg level was 2440 and my progesterone/ estrogen numbers were good.

They are having me repeat blood work 48 hours later for some answers but until then I just have to wait.

🥺 finally got a positive after 7 years on my last embryo and now this. I’m so disappointed and nervous.
