Birth control /fertility

I have recently started taking the pill and my fiancé is really against it bc his ex ig became infertile from it we plan on having plenty of kids just not at this point in our lives we wanna wait a little longer and idk what to do I’m letting that voice in the back of my head saying I’m gonna not be able to have babies bc of this pill into my head and it’s driving me crazy any opinions?
