Mine came back at 1 in 1600 chance of Down syndrome . I just want to know if that’s average ?  My anatomy scan showed a cyst on my little girls brain but Dr was not worried about it

For my current pregnancy, the results came back <1/100,000.

I just looked it up online. 99% of women get a result at one of the extremes (either <1/10,000 or >99/100). 1% get a result in the middle like you did. 
It’s possibly related to the fetal fraction they got. If that is low, I think accuracy goes down a little so the risk can go up. Your age and gestational age play a role in the risk score as well  
I had 14.5% fetal fraction and am 35.
