Is it safe to eat hellmans mayo while pregnant?

I'm about 7 weeks +3 and Ive been eating mayo (I put it on my egg San witches in the morning) 
without thinking much about it, but I just read an article on 'what to expect' app that it's one of the foods I should avoid. What are your thoughts?

Hellman's doesn't contain raw egg, which I think is the only concern of mayo. Stay away from homemade mayo, but store bought should be fine

Pretty much NO store bought food will have raw egg in it. If it does, it will be labeled, and I'd be willing to bet money it's pasteurized raw eggs, which is fine then. Anything that's canned or shelf stable (mayo) has been heated so is perfectly safe, too.

I been eating store brought mayonnaise since the beginning of my pregnancy and everything is fine.

I actually spoke to my midwife about this the other day as long as mayo is shop brought its fine and if home made it you just use lion marked/stamped eggs
