Anyone Else Had These Symptoms?

My period is a few days late so I took a test first thing yesterday morning. Idk if I had line eyes but it looked like a VERY FAINT positive so I plan on retesting again next Monday.

Lately my breasts have been tender. Last night I started cramping and had night sweats. Today I’m still cramping, feel nauseous occasionally and have been going back and forth between hot and cold. I looked up my symptoms and pregnancy was one of the “conditions” that came up. Anyone else feel like this before finding out they were pregnant? We’ve been trying for 6 months so praying 🙏 this is it!
