Can anyone help me out on what's wrong ?

Symptoms
- Confusion (really bad confusion, like I feel like I'm not even here) 
-horrible stomach pain
-chills ( comes and go)
I'm 22 years old, female sometime my stomach pain is so nadyi have to sit down. I had a baby 4 months ago and i haven't stopped bleeding for more than a week and half since iv had him ( they think it's my birth control)  these symptoms have been going on for a week and a half.. I hate feeling like this. I'm gonna call the doctor at some point. What could be going on? IV been having A really sort temper also and getting irritated so quick.

So, you haven’t stopped bleeding since your baby was born? How much have you been bleeding? At this point, your probably anemic, so that’s probably why you feel horrible. If your bleeding is bad, then you should really go to the ER.
My friend has a 5 month old. She comes to me with a lot of questions baby related because I have a 2 year old and an 8 month old. Anyway, she started her “period” around 4.5 months postpartum. She started asking me about first periods after a baby and how bad they should be because hers was REALLY bad. I told her that with both kids, I never had really bad first periods so I couldn’t relate. She contacted the doctors office and they told her it was probably the implant and to give it 10-20 more days (this made me so angry because she was already bleeding horribly for at least 10 days). Well, her period lasted for a week and a half and it wasn’t getting better. She went to the ER and they did an ultrasound, the tech said that there was something that showed up in her uterus. They told her she would get a D&C. Then, the OB at the hospital told her that she was fine and it was just her birth control and sent her home. She went to a follow up at her OB office a couple days later, who was a little more concerned but again, told her that it was probably her birth control and to wait it out. A couple days after that, she was almost passing out from loss of blood. She contacted the OB office again and finally got a hold of the best doctor in the office who told her that she needed a D&C. She ended up having an emergency D&C. The doctor told her that she found a “ton of debris” and come to find out, at her follow up, they tell her that the “debris” was afterbirth. When she had the baby, they failed to remove everything. This can happen sometimes but it’s stumping everyone as to why it took so long for her symptoms to show.
Long story short, if you don’t feel right, always gets checked. Don’t let anyone make you feel like you’re overreacting. Better safe than sorry!

Sounds like the flu. A doctor can confirm and prescribe anti-flu drugs if so. If not, they can treat you accordingly. If you're having confusion, you should see a doctor
