Can I class this as a positive??

I finished my period about 5 days ago which lasted 6 days after a 10 day’s course of Norethisterone progesterone 5mg tablets to stop a 3 month long period. My cycles are normally 32 days long so haven’t been testing yet but I had an incling to do an opk and this was the result?? All my tests were negative while on the progesterone pills and I didn’t think I was going to test today so I’ve drank about 1litre of water about 30 minutes before I took the test!! Shall I class it as a positive opk?? Glow and Premom says it’s basically a peak so I assume if I hadn’t drank so much water it would be a clearer opk? Thanks!!
