Hi ladies. According to my LMP I am in the 6th week of pregnancy. However during my 1st appt at doctor's, which was 2 days back, she said as per the vaginal U/S done, she couldn't find anything so I might not exactly be 6 weeks pregnant but somewhere around 3 to 4 weeks. The same day my blood test came back saying my hcg levels were at 34. And doctor said I'm still in very early pregnancy and asked me to get another blood test today. I also had very little dark brown spotting at that time and she said it is normal at that stage.

From yesterday I am having moderate cramps and dark red discharge with clots and now the cramps are even worse. A few more hours before I give my blood sample. I'm freaking out and am so devastated seeing clots and dark red discharge. Hpt taken today early in the morning shows positive. Can someone please explain what is going on in my body?

This is my 1st pregnancy after TTC for 2 years. Conceived with clomid and ovidrel trigger.

Update: Thank you everyone for the responses. Doctor confirmed that I'm miscarrying. I am in so much pain, physically and emotionally. We were so excited for the baby. 💔
