Bloody noses?

Anyone know if bloody noses everyday is a pregnancy thing? Not dripping bloody but every time I blow my nose it’s there (I’ve been congested since day one). My doctor said something about my blood count being low. He said I probably am not getting enough iron but I’m wondering if this could have anything to do with it.

Even I was worried about it but my midwife said its common and nothing to worry. I got it in my 2nd and now 3rd trimester too.

It is a pregnancy thing. Easily bloodied nose and gums.

It’s definitely a thing. 1st trimester I had bloody noses (not dripping, just a lot of blood in the nose) and now 3rd trimester it’s back.
