3 year old night wakings - HELP

Mamas, I need your help.

My 3 year old was sleep trained at 4 months old and has been an amaaazing sleeper until she turned 3 in October. It’s like the minute she turned 3 she became a terrible sleeper - waking up in the night screaming and crying for “MAMAAA”. It’s every single night no matter what I do. I sing to her and comfort her and lay with her and talk with her about any feats/etc and have also let her cry it out which resulted in a one hour SCREAMING session and waking up my 1 year old.

I just want my good girl back 😢 3 is such a tough age. Can any other mamas relate? Any advice that works?
